Park Eun Bin Achieves “BINKAN” At Her First-Ever Fan Meeting In Manila!

Manila is the first stop of the Park Eun Bin Asia Fanmeeting Tour <EUN-BIN NOTE: BINKAN>. It was also the first-ever fan meeting of the actress outside South Korea.

Park Eun Bin had evidently put in a lot of effort for her Filipino Bingos. From the program’s overall originality to her vast grasp of Filipino words, her kindness in sharing information about herself, and more.

The fan meeting started with Park Eun Bin greeting her Filipino Bingos with the song of “Hello” by Red Velvet’s Joy.

It was rare for a fan meeting to begin with a song first instead of the host introducing the artist. Park Eun Bin made sure that she will be the first to welcome the fans to her fan meeting.

After singing enthusiastically for her fans, Park Eun Bin shocked everyone with her Tagalog greetings such as “Kamusta kayo, ako po si Park Eun Bin. Ikinagagalak ko makita kayo.”

She also expressed gratitude to the attendees, saying, “Salamat sa pagpunta.”

The fan meeting began with host, Kring Kim, asking Park Eun Bin how she felt about the Philippines as the first international fan meeting, what she thought about Filipino fans, her beauty secrets, and other topics.

Park Eun Bin also shared the meaning of the title of her fan meeting “Binkan.” The actress revealed that she named her event Binkan which has two meanings: shining space and empty space. The actress wanted to fulfill the empty space and be with her fans.

The introduction ended and special segments followed. Park Eun Bin revealed a lot about herself, her characters, and her dramas in these portions. She also had a section where she wanted to hear what her fans thought about her and her dramas. Another portion is a game to see how well fans know Park Eun Bin.

Filipino Bingos are fortunate because they not only learned more about Park Eun Bin, but a few lucky fans also received individually personalized presents from her.

Following the conclusion of the games, a video of Park Eun Bin with her drama characters was unveiled. She then astonished the audience one more by singing “The Blue Night of Jeju Island” from the “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” OST.

The second corner then started, in this corner, the fan meeting focused on the dramas that Park Eun Bin starred in. Fans get to choose their favorite scenes, lines, and even her thoughts on her future projects.

After the second corner ended, Park Eun Bin decided to take photos with the fans. But before that, a special cake and video message were given to the actress as a surprise.

Park Eun Bin finished the fan meetup by performing MYMP’s “Especially For You.” The actress explained that she picked this song to perform solely in Manila because it represents her message to Filipino Bingos.

Throughout the show, fans are just either smiling or crying tears of joy. Most felt touched by her presence and genuineness.

Park Eun Bin made it a point to not only reveal who she is as a person and an actress but also to learn about her fans’ opinions and feelings.

For sure, K-Drama fans who either went to a Korean actor’s fan meeting for the first time or for several times felt that Park Eun Bin’s fan meeting is one for the books and will be memorable for a long time.

We can’t wait to see Park Eun Bin in the Philippines once again!
